Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to lead CDM coordination on social housing projects across London, with no more than two site inspections per month. You will work from home three days a week in a friendly, established team.

The role requires at least four years in a CDM or H&S role, with social housing client experience, and a NEBOSH Construction certificate (Level 3 equivalent). IOSH/APS membership is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a CDM or H&S role.
• Experience working with social housing clients.
• NEBOSH Construction certificate (or Level 3 equivalent) is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM coordination for social housing projects.
• Limit major and CDM-related risk during the design phase.
