Job summary

Brandon James Limited is seeking a CDM Principal Designer in Manchester to lead multi-sector design projects and work as part of a Health & Safety team. You will act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015, guiding clients and design teams from early design through to completion.

Responsibilities include risk management, audits, and producing Pre-Construction Information, with excellent progression opportunities and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• CDM knowledge of the 2015 Regulations.
• Experience managing multiple projects across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage design risk.
• Review Design Risk Assessments.
• Prepare Pre-Construction Information.
• Attend design meetings.
• Carry out CDM audits.
• Assist with Health & Safety Files.
