PURESEOUL is seeking a Bookkeeper & Payables Clerk to join our London office in Holborn. This full-time role handles outgoing payments, vendor invoicing, payroll processing and weekly bookkeeping, with a focus on accuracy and timely settlements.

You’ll work closely with the finance team to maintain ledgers and ensure compliance with company procedures. Ideal candidates have AAT Level 4 and at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficient with XERO, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• AAT Level 4 is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Review invoices and forecast cash flow for departments.
• Reconcile expense reports and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Process internal purchases and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and weekly bookkeeping.
