Job summary

Consultora Excelsior is seeking a Bookkeeper for a permanent, full-time role in central London. You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable within a finance team, handling invoices, payments, month-end tasks, and audit support.

The role requires experience across AP and AR, with high-volume AP exposure (~400 invoices/month). Sage 200 is desirable. Excellent benefits include generous leave and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience in an Accounts Assistant role with exposure to AP and AR.
• High volume Accounts Payable experience (around 400 invoices per month).
• Sage 200 experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Accounts Payable, including supplier invoices and bi-weekly payment runs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes such as invoicing and cash postings.
• Assist with month-end close and preparation for the annual audit.
• Support additional tasks and projects as required.
