Job summary

Runna, based in London, is building the #1 training platform for runners. We seek a Business Strategy Manager to shape growth investments, competitive positioning, and quarterly OKRs, collaborating with Product, Marketing and Finance from day one.

The role anchors on-site in London with 3 days per week in the office, contributing to strategy planning and partnering with Strava’s Strategy team to align methodologies across the group.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking to structure and solve problems from first principles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities without losing rigor.
• High ownership: follow through on work, 3–5 years in management consulting (MBB) is a plus.
• Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or subscription/D2C business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-week strategic projects such as market sizing, competitive positioning, and growth investment cases that inform leadership decisions.
• Play a leading part in quarterly OKR processes and annual strategy planning cycles.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to support and push thinking across initiatives.
• Turn strategic priorities into concrete plans with clear tracking and accountability; respond quickly to data requests for decisions.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks and dashboards to speed up recurring performance questions.
