Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our UK team. You will lead software development initiatives, shape service propositions, and build strategic client partnerships across FTSE 100 roles while guiding teams through complex digital transformations.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive business growth, and contribute to market-ready offerings within a flexible hybrid work model, including client site days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development teams, delivering impactful, end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
• Strong understanding of any industry vertical and ability to translate tech insight into business value.
• Demonstrated capability to shape software engineering strategies across multiple domains (application, business, integration).
• Proven track record in business development, including pre-sales, proposals, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team, shaping and launching new service propositions while driving strategic business growth.
• Lead business development initiatives—building trusted client relationships, owning outcomes, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with FTSE 100 clients as a trusted advisor, guiding them through complex challenges with clarity and creativity.
• Coach and mentor the team, fostering growth, knowledge sharing, and opportunity creation.
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of market-relevant offerings that showcase innovation and deliver value to clients.
• Hybrid working with client sites or office a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility for more on client sites.
