Job summary

News UK is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the data architecture and maturity programme in a hybrid London-based setting. You will guide a team of data architects and analytics engineers, aligning business strategy with scalable, robust data solutions across BI, advertising, and editorial teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in BigQuery and GCP, and excellent communication to bridge business and technology and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability leading distributed data teams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into robust data architectures.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills across BI, advertising, and editorial teams.
