Moonbug Entertainment Ltd. in London is seeking a Music Publishing Copyright Coordinator to ensure accurate documentation, registration, and protection of our extensive music catalogue worldwide.

You will manage complex metadata, support cue sheets, and collaborate with production, publishing partners, and legal teams to optimise copyright operations in a fast-growing, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in music publishing or rights management is a plus; early in career candidates encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of music copyright data and standard identifiers (ISRC/ISWC/CAE/IPI).
• Proficient with Word and Excel and large structured datasets.
• Experience with music registration portals and global PROs/CMOs is a plus.
• Familiarity with copyright management software and cue sheets is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage large catalogs and metadata accurately.
• Clear communication and collaborative skills; proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Copyright Registration & Records: maintain accurate records across systems and partners, aligning titles, publishers, splits, and identifiers.
• Catalogue Onboarding: register new musical works and prepare CWR files for onboarded catalogues.
• Cue Sheet Administration: create, prepare, and track cue sheet submissions globally.
• Agent & Sub-Publisher Oversight: monitor registrations and resolve queries with partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Income Tracking, Label Operations, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy.
• External Liaison: act as point of contact for copyright queries with PROs, publishers, songwriters.
• Asset & Database Management: ensure metadata accuracy across core databases and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process Efficiency & AI Tooling: identify improvements and support rollout of AI-assisted workflows.
