Michael Page is seeking an Interim Estates & Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and development of the school estate in London. You will manage contractors, budgets, health and safety, and all site services to support the school.

This temporary role requires strong leadership, knowledge of building systems, and experience in regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

• Experience managing facilities, estates, or property operations within school, education, public sector, or commercial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational management of the school site and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage PPM programmes and reactive repairs.
• Oversee contractors and service providers for high standards and value for money.
• Manage facilities budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Develop estate improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure security, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and waste management services are delivered.
• Lead site-related emergencies and business continuity planning.
• Support school events and activities, ensuring facilities are available and operational.
• Maintain records relating to compliance, inspections, certifications, and maintenance activities.
