• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or workflow systems; comfortable with AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, professional integrity, and strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated interest in higher education, global opportunities, or talent development; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
