Job summary

You have 1–3 years in data analyst roles, expert Excel, and are comfortable with SQL or Python. You communicate clearly with customers and document data decisions for third-party verifications, contributing to continuous service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Expert Excel skills for data cleaning and transformation; SQL or Python is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and transform customer data into Watershed templates to reduce friction and drive time-to-value.
• Interface with customers to understand raw data and guide them to proper solutions.
• Leverage judgment to assess, advise, and execute data cleaning best practices.
• Rigorously document decisions to ensure traceability of data manipulations during 3rd-party verifications.
• Synthesize customer experiences and feedback to drive continuous improvement of services and software.
