Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage for Central and Eastern Europe to support execution, marketing and coverage across M&A and equity capital markets. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions and contribute to client engagement.

You will develop financial models, prepare client presentations and participate in deals from pitch to close, gaining exposure to a global platform and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Relevant Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience.
• Outstanding analytical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support on execution, marketing and coverage work across industries and products
• Conduct research and analysis of market data and companies
• Support preparation of client presentations
• Build detailed and complex financial models
• Execute transactions from pitch to close (e.g. public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity capital markets advisory on various types of capital raising transactions such as listings and rights issues across the CEE region, etc.)
• Lead execution functions and in working with junior analysts, incl. supervising the work performed by junior analysts on certain of the aforementioned tasks
