Job summary

Referment, a capital-markets technology firm, seeks an Implementation Consultant in London to own client implementations and delivery. You will document complex workflows, coordinate internal and external teams, and drive successful go-lives while maintaining client relationships.

The role blends hands-on implementation with client-facing relationship management across buy-side desks, IT, and operations. London-based, in-office schedule with some after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with buy-side front-office workflows in at least two areas.
• Understanding of order and execution management workflows.
• Knowledge of electronic trading and related regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work.
• Lead kick-offs and document complex workflows into a statement of work and delivery plan.
• Coordinate internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues to grant access to execution destinations.
• Set up and configure user acceptance testing and provide training and ongoing support.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across trading desks, IT, operations, compliance and COO offices.
• Maintain reporting and feedback in Salesforce and manage project lifecycle and time logging in FinancialForce.
