King London is seeking an AV Support Specialist to manage multimedia and audio-visual technologies for the office and events. You will ensure the AV environment meets end-user needs and collaborate with IT teams to keep systems up to date.

This role also involves coordinating resources for leadership events, working with external AV providers, and supporting global AV initiatives, with some remote duties to assist other King offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with video conference and broadcasting systems.
• Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems.
• Up-to-date with latest trends, hardware and features in AV tech.
• Solid knowledge of graphics, encoding and video editing software.

Responsabilités

• Ensure AV hardware and software environment in King London office is prepared to meet end user and business needs.
• Act as local point of contact for events like monthly Kingdom calls.
• Assist Comms team in planning Leadership events in the London office.
• Coordinate resources and master controls of AV environments during events.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving of AV hardware and software.
• Manage AV equipment inventory, stock, commissioning and decommissioning in London.
• Contribute to AV environment documentation.
• Collaborate with corporate Network and other IT teams.
• Coordinate different AV service providers.
• Participate in global projects for AV activities.
