Job summary

Manpower is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Logistics Assistant to join the Fleet team. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of electronic equipment and products, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse or stores experience, strong attention to detail, good numeracy and IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Weekly pay and a Monday to Friday pattern are offered.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications required.
• Key Skills Level 1 or NVQ1 or equivalent beneficial.
• Previous warehouse or stores experience essential.
• Experience using SAP or similar stock management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries of goods and supplies.
• Pack and dispatch equipment to customers across the UK and to European subsidiaries and manufacturing sites.
• Store goods safely and accurately within the warehouse.
• Move stock manually or using lifting equipment.
• Load goods ready for dispatch.
• Process stock information, delivery notes, and shipping labels using SAP and other computerised systems.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
• Carry out stock counts and inventory checks as required.
• Keep all warehouse documentation and records up to date.
• Follow manual handling procedures and safe working practices.
