Job summary

Travail Employment Group is helping a Grantham-based client find a Logistics and Warehouse Administrator. The role is Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm, paying £14.00–£14.50 per hour, temporary with potential to go permanent. You will work autonomously with support from the Warehouse Manager in a small, friendly team.

The successful candidate will manage warehouse and logistics admin, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain ERP records while following procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
• Experience in transport and logistics admin roles.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for warehouse/logistics processes.
• Process incoming/outgoing goods documents and ERP records.
• Prepare delivery notes, dispatch labels and customs docs as required.
• Coordinate with hauliers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock-takes.
• Maintain master data in ERP and prepare KPIs.
