Mears Group is seeking a Transport Co-ordinator in London to support the delivery of accommodation and transport services for clients. You will join a collaborative coordination team, rotating duties and assisting with planning, scheduling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared inboxes and update internal and external portals accurately.
• Support transport, logistics, driver planning, scheduling and co-ordination activities.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and administrative duties across the team.
• Maintain accurate records and data; produce performance information on request.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, or concerns; support complaint handling.
• Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to meet service needs.
