Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day transport operations and support drivers
• Assist with route planning, scheduling and fleet management
• Support driver debriefs and administration
• Produce and analyse reports using Excel and transport systems
• Understand transport legislation and driver hours
• Contribute to improving customer service and issue resolution
• Develop professional and technical skills through the apprenticeship program
