Job summary

Allied Bakeries, part of Associated British Foods, is seeking an experienced Logistics FLM to lead and motivate the supply chain groups (Transport and Despatch) ensuring on-time delivery and full orders. You will drive improvements, coach teams and uphold a strong safety culture across operations.

The role requires CPC qualification or motivation to obtain, robust leadership, and experience with WMS and MS Office tools. A fast-paced FMCG environment experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management experience in warehousing or transport logistics.
• CPC qualification or motivation to achieve the qualification.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Transport & Despatch Coordinators and teams to achieve operational goals.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety and legal requirements.
• Set performance expectations and monitor delivery against KPIs and transport legislation.
• Optimise labour utilisation and resource planning using WMS and transport planning systems.
• Prepare and present operational performance updates and reports.
