Job summary

Culina, the UK's leading independent specialist supply chain partner, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our Transport Logistics division. You will oversee the site CI plan, act as PMO, and drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery and people engagement across the site.

This full-time role offers a salary up to £42,500 depending on experience, Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30, with opportunities to coach colleagues and deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading or supporting projects.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the site CI plan and PMO for the site.
• Report progress, risks, issues and benefits for CI and PMO activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, cost, service and engagement.
• Lead small projects to unlock benefits and sustainment of changes.
• Coach colleagues on basic CI concepts, problem solving and change management.
