ID Logistics is opening a brand-new Rugby site and recruiting Team Leaders to drive operational excellence on a full-time, on-site basis. You will lead and motivate high-performing teams, orchestrate 6am–2pm shifts, and uphold safety and quality across dispatch and sortation.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and improving operational processes within a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Proven ability to drive productivity and maintain high standards of service.
• Willingness to study for a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Results-driven, process-first approach with change management ability.
• Strong communication with colleagues, peers, managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with standards.
• Maintain clear communication across the operation to support workflow.
• Support continuous development of practices through coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular process reviews to assess performance and improvements.
• Deliver clear shift briefs with priorities and changes.
• Organise workflow and allocate tasks to meet service levels.
• Complete process-related admin and reporting per policy.
• Ensure customer focus in operational decisions and service quality.
• Monitor KPI performance and understand cost and service impacts.
• Use data and forecasts for short- and long-term planning.
