Worcester Bosch is seeking a proactive Logistics Team Leader to guide a busy team and ensure smooth material flow to production. You will lead operatives, manage daily shifts, and drive performance improvements while upholding safety, quality and customer service standards.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Planning and Procurement to maintain efficient operations, harness digital systems and foster a positive safety culture across the site. Previous WMS/SAP exposure is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams to meet objectives.
• Monitoring and reporting operational KPIs and driving improvements.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, customer service and process compliance.
• Confident communication with clear direction and effective handovers.
• Respectful, empathetic leadership fostering inclusion.
• Desirable knowledge of WMS/SAP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and motivate Logistics Operatives, modelling company values and standards.
• Coordinate daily startup, work allocation, rotation, breaks and handover for efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations and take timely corrective action.
• Promote a safe working environment and complete required safety checks.
• Support attendance, capability, and training processes with relevant managers.
• Accurately use digital systems to maintain records and escalations.
• Collaborate with other logistics areas to improve customer service and safety culture.
