We celebrate inclusivity with purpose, putting the development and progression of our future leader’s centre stage. Our shared goal is to ensure all food and drink spaces support the NT's overall values, vision, and culture.
Purpose
Are you a natural leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? As a Logistics Team Leader in venue, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stock and supplies run efficiently, accurately, and safely. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of operatives to ensure goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched with precision—all while maintaining the highest food safety standards. You’ll drive productivity, foster a positive and safe working environment, and support Logistics Management in achieving key operational targets.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a team to success and have proven experience in logistics or warehouse management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with NT Food & Drink departments to ensure stock and equipment needs are met.
- Manage and deliver food, beverage, and supply orders while maintaining clear communication.
- Prepare venue stock for peak periods, ensuring teams are informed and ready.
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure accurate order processing.
- Maintain high standards in stockroom organization, rotation, and compliance with food safety and H&S regulations.
- Support staff training, stock audits, and monthly stock takes.
- Assist with event stock and equipment needs, ensuring smooth setup and breakdown.
- Uphold NT Food & Drink policies, health & safety standards, and best practices.

- Food Hygiene Certified – A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is required.
- Tech-Savvy (Bonus!) – Experience with EPOS, Goodtill, and Food Buy is a plus but not essential.
- Availability – This role may require evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
