  • Effective stores management of fast-moving consumables.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have outstanding communication skills, paired with analytical and critical thinking and the ability to problem-solve in a complex environment. Excellent leadership skills are paramount, while managing the daily operations and the performance of the team you will lead by demonstrating and modelling the NZBS shared values.

  • Strong leadership experience, ideally in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals or medical industry.
  • Experience in a logistics or warehousing function, and good understanding of dispatch and distribution operations are a must.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, ability to prioritise and cut through the noise
  • Understanding of quality systems and processes as well as health and safety
  • A leadership style that is aligned with our values
  • Hands-on and pragmatic - being able to dive into the daily operational business and find pragmatic solutions to operational challenges.

  • Be part of shaping the future of a unique health organisation in New Zealand
  • Work in a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, quality and efficiency.
