With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, it’s over to you to inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success as a Team Leader in our branch hinges on your customer service expertise, ability to motivate, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. While knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is helpful (and a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is essential), what matters most is the drive and personality you bring to the role.
