Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team to work together effectively. You will inspire your team of Customer Delivery Agents and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization to meet customer needs.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial, but personality and drive are more important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team, providing an opportunity for a fresh approach.
