The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of the factory team and focuses on upholding high standards for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).

What You’ll Do

• Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure products meet Quality Procedures.
• Authorize completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch.
• Conduct end-of-shift checks, including equipment maintenance, work completion surveys, and EHS standards compliance.
• As a designated key holder, uphold factory safety and security.

What You’ll Bring

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industry.
