The Team Leader is responsible for supervising the factory team and ensuring high standards for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).

What you’ll do:

• Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure products meet Quality Procedures.
• Authorize completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch.
• Conduct end-of-shift checks, including equipment maintenance, work survey, and EHS standards compliance.
• Uphold safety and security at the factory as a designated key holder.

What you’ll bring:

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
