Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Logistics Team Lead (Breakdown) to manage the breakdown operations on the day shift at Valley Mills in Drighlington. You will lead a team of Logistics Operatives ensuring fast, accurate stock breakdown and safe, efficient routing to Marketplace.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to resolve workflow bottlenecks while maintaining inventory integrity and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a breakdown or logistics team in a warehouse.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members on shift.
• Strong coordination and safety compliance in fast-paced warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the breakdown team to meet daily targets.
• Hold regular 1-on-1 development meetings and set clear goals.
• Manage attendance, queries, conflicts, and conduct on shift.
• Brief shifts on targets, priorities, and safety callouts.
• Oversee shift attendance, coverage, and floor allocations.
• Coach staff on SOPs, quality standards, and stock handling.
• Foster positive team culture with accountability.
