Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Logistics Team Lead for the late shift to drive the workload and performance of the warehouse team at our Morley site. You’ll supervise a team of Logistics Operatives, coach on SOPs, safety, and productivity, and ensure stock moves smoothly from intake to inter-departmental delivery.

This permanent, on-site role includes a late shift allowance and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team lead role within warehouse/logistics.
• Experience conducting 1-on-1 performance catch-ups and developing staff.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and direct operational teams to hit daily targets.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving under fast-paced conditions.
• Experience managing inventory flow and ensuring floor safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the late-shift logistics team to meet daily targets.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins and performance discussions.
• Brief the shift on daily targets and safety callouts at shift start.
• Manage shift attendance, cover and floor allocations.
• Coach on SOPs, quality standards, and handling techniques.
• Foster a positive team culture with accountability.
• Receive, break down and process inventory and customer returns.
• Route goods to internal destinations like Appraisals and Marketplace.
• Maintain safe lifting practices and warehouse safety guidelines.
