Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Experience coaching and developing team members on shift.
• Strong decision-making and communication in fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakdown team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 development meetings with team members.
• Handle day-to-day queries, attendance, and conduct with professionalism.
• Brief shifts on targets, priorities and safety callouts at start of every shift.
• Manage shift attendance, coverage and floor allocations for full capacity.
• Coach staff on SOPs, quality standards and stock handling.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and safety.
