Job summary

Vintage Trading Limited in the UK is seeking a Logistics Lead to coach the breakdown team, manage stock intake, and route inventory to Marketplace. You will set targets, monitor performance, and ensure safe, efficient floor operations.

You’ll work across departments to maintain inventory integrity, resolve bottlenecks, and develop your team's capability while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Experience conducting 1-on-1 performance catch-ups and coaching.
• Ability to coach and direct operational teams to hit daily targets.
• Strong decision-making and communication under pressure.
• Experience managing inventory breakdown and floor safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the breakdown team to hit daily targets.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 development meetings with team members.
• Handle day-to-day team queries, conflict resolution, and attendance.
• Brief shifts on targets, breakdown priorities, safety callouts at the start.
• Manage shift attendance and real-time floor allocations.
• Coach team on SOPs, quality standards, and stock handling techniques.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture on the floor.
