Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our growing and very busy Logistics team and would suit a graduate looking to enter the world of logistics. Full on the job training will be given.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

·Creating and managing product and production specification sheets

·Purchasing and dispatch administration with a focus on timely and accurate processing.

·Updating internal company systems and databases

·Creating and updating spreadsheets

Must Have Skills

IT literacy – must be a confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook File Management and Excel

Experience of working to strict deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Conscientious, hardworking and methodical

Flexible and able to multi-task, with a can-do, positive nature

Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.

Team member and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks to

help team and develop their own skill set.
