Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience (2–3 years preferred).
• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including driver coordination.
• Ensure compliance with operator licence requirements and EU regulations.
• Monitor logistics data to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimise delivery routes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure fleet maintenance schedules meet regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop team members including drivers and service staff.
• Manage performance through reviews and KPIs.
• Maintain stock levels for operational continuity.
• Support budget management and investigate cost variances.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives.
