Cast UK Limited is recruiting a Logistics Team Supervisor to join a growing logistics business based in Warrington. This hands-on supervisory role will support the Logistics Team Manager, ensuring deliveries are completed to a high standard and operations run smoothly.

You’ll oversee day-to-day logistics from booking to delivery, manage drivers, handle customer queries, and help recruit local courier drivers. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, bookings, quotes, customer queries and escalations.
• Oversee live deliveries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Balance customer service, inbound sales and driver management.
• Plan and manage capacity across drivers and subcontracted partners.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of local courier drivers.
• Supervise customer-facing and driver-facing office teams.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Deputise for the Logistics Team Manager when required.

CAST UK is recruiting for a Logistics Team Supervisor to join a growing logistics business based in Warrington.

This is a hands-on supervisory position, working closely with the Logistics Team Manager and acting as their deputy when required. You'll play a key role in keeping the operation running smoothly, supporting the team, managing customer expectations and ensuring deliveries are completed to a high standard.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operation, from initial booking through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
