Responsibilities

• Supervising a busy logistics office and daily network of drivers.
• Managing inbound calls, bookings, quotes, customer queries and escalations.
• Overseeing live deliveries and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Balancing customer service, inbound sales and driver management.
• Planning and managing capacity across drivers and subcontracted partners.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of local courier drivers.
• Supervising customer-facing and driver-facing office teams.
• Monitoring service levels, KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Deputising for the Logistics Team Manager when required.
