J. Murphy & Sons Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on leading a 15-vehicle fleet, ensuring driver compliance with hours, tachograph rules and speed limits, and maintaining vehicles with necessary inspections and defect remediation.

You will monitor records, ADR compliance, OCRS scores, and road-side DVSA checks while using tracking systems to manage drivers. Regular updates to transport legislation and CPC training are part of the responsibilities.

Competenze

• Must have previous logistics experience.
• Possess extensive knowledge of transport regulations.
• Experience within a construction/engineering or similar background would be beneficial.
• Literate and numerate with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
• Experience of managing people and developing talent.
