• Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall license are required.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.

The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with business goals.
• Supervise the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to support project timelines and requirements.
• Lead and mentor logistics team members to enhance performance and productivity.

The Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall license are required.
• You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Transportation / Logistics within Real Estate.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
