Job summary

Trescal is seeking a Stores/Logistics Operator to provide administrative support and interface with customers as needed. The role involves driving, handling calibration certificates, and updating company databases with new equipment details.

You will manage shipping notes, book-ins/outs, and coordinate courier shipments while maintaining an organised, efficient workspace and accurate records. Excellent English communication is essential.

• Basic IT skills; familiarity with databases (e.g., FileMaker).
• Full driving licence; ability to drive site van.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick up / drop off at customers when required.
• Booking in/out of equipment.
• Database entry of new equipment.
• Updating incoming Calibration Certificates onto a database.
• Creating shipping notes on company databases.
• Arranging shipping to outside companies (via courier).
