Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally 5 GCSEs at level 4 or higher, numerate and literate.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer assets onto the EMS management system.
• Manage workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Handle internal and external queries.
• Unpack deliveries and check paperwork against purchase orders.
• Schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Pack assets for third party deliveries.
• Operate company vehicle for collections and deliveries.
• Raise and highlight variances between orders and deliveries.
• Support the administration team with logistics issues.
