Job summary

MadiganGill Resource Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Site Manager for a long-term project in Norwich. You will oversee day-to-day site logistics, ensure health and safety standards, and act as a trusted key holder unlocking and securing the site each day.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications, with strong experience in façade logistics and site management systems. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain QA/QC records, and work with the project team to keep the

Qualifications

Hold a valid SMSTS qualification.
Hold a valid CSCS card appropriate to the role.
Hold a valid First Aid qualification.
Experience managing logistics on a busy construction site.
Understanding of façade works and their sequencing and logistics.
Computer literate with site management systems.
Accurate QA/QC documentation, inspections and site records.
Coordinate site deliveries, access routes, storage areas, waste management and general logistics.
Unlocking the site each morning and securing it each evening.
Strong communication and organisational skills; work independently or with the team.
Proactive in identifying logistical issues and resolving them.

Responsibilities
