Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking a Logistics Shipping Coordinator Nights in the Heston/Hounslow area. You will manage shipping documentation for aircraft spares, monitor operational systems and ensure shipments meet KPIs in a 24/7 aviation logistics environment.

The role requires 2 years' export or customer service experience, strong PC skills with Microsoft Office/Outlook, and excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous export or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Ideally 2 years' experience within Export or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation for distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.
• Process shipments in line with customer KPIs and deadlines.
• Update and operate operational systems and shipping databases.
• Monitor emails and dashboards to ensure enquiries are answered promptly and AOG shipments are not delayed.
• Liaise with supervisors, warehouse teams and agents to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist the warehouse with data uploads and provide general administrative support.

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Logistics Shipping Coordinator to join a leading aviation logistics operation based in Heston, Hounslow

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in shipping, export or customer service to join a busy aviation environment supporting the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.

Working as part of a 24/7 operation, you'll be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, monitoring operational systems and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and within customer KPIs.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Shipping Coordinator Nig hts

• Prepare shipping documentation for the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.
• Process shipments in line with customer KPIs and required deadlines.
• Update and operate various operational systems and shipping databases.
• Monitor emails and operational dashboards, ensuring enquiries are answered promptly and AOG shipments are not at risk of being processed late.
• Liaise with supervisors, warehouse teams and collecting agents to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Assist the warehouse with data uploads and provide general administrative support to the wider operation.

The Successful Candidate - Logistics Shipping Coordinator Nig hts

• Previous experience within Export OR Customer Service would be advantageous.
• Ideally 2 years' experience within Export OR Customer Service.
• Strong PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately to strict deadlines and customer KPIs.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience using logistics or operational systems would be advantageous.
• An interest in aviation, aircraft spares or logistics would be beneficial.

Salary & Benefits - Logistics Shipping Coordinator Nig hts

• Salary: £34,500 per annum.
• Location: Heston, Hounslow.
• Hours: 4 on / 4 off - 19:00 - 07:00.
