Job summary

Segula Technologies seeks a Logistics Project Engineer to design and implement end-to-end logistics for a new vehicle assembly line, applying lean principles to optimise material flow and throughput. You will lead material handling strategy, CAPEX planning, and deployment across the facility.

The role requires strong collaboration with manufacturing, engineering and operations teams, excellent communication, and hands-on execution from concept through to handover on a global automotive program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Logistics Operations and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end logistics flows for a new assembly line.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and installation activities.
• Plan and manage deployment across the production facility.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs and risks; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles to enhance efficiency and material flow.
