McLaren in the United Kingdom is seeking a Logistics Engineer to support the design, development and implementation of internal logistics processes, delivery media, kitting strategies and lineside material flow standards across Logistics.
This hands-on role works with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Facilities to improve material flow, packaging and handling, ensuring efficient movement from warehouse to production line and readiness for new model launches.
The Logistics Engineer will support the design, development and implementation of internal logistics processes, delivery media, kitting strategies, system updates and lineside material flow standards across Logistics. Reporting to the Logistics Engineering Manager, the role is responsible for delivering day-to-day logistics engineering tasks that ensure parts are preserved, protected, presented and delivered efficiently from warehouse through to production line, supporting accurate Manufacturing Engineering routing, safe handling, efficient manufacturing, operational stability and successful new model launch readiness.
