You will manage timelines, coordinate transport and teams, and maintain project documentation while delivering exceptional customer service and clear progress updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, transport planning, operations, supply chain or distribution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence making decisions under pressure.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and quick to learn new systems.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects end to end, from initial brief through to completion.
• Plan project schedules, deadlines, resources and requirements.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, installation teams and external suppliers.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular progress updates.
• Monitor live projects and resolve delays or operational issues quickly.
• Ensure materials and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep internal systems up to date.
• Reprioritise effectively when plans change while keeping projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and service delivery.
