This role focuses on material flow, asset management and data-driven improvements to help teams work more efficiently. You will develop clear procedures, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to implement safer, smarter processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems such as Glovia, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps or SharePoint to manage information and reporting.
• Awareness of safety and continuous improvement principles; relevant training is beneficial.
• A basic understanding of how automation can improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and production activities to manage material flow and asset storage.
• Develop and improve standard ways of working; update work instructions using Geneo.
• Maintain accurate systems, data and trackers to support asset management and material movement.
• Support safe changes in logistics; contribute to risk assessments and lift plans including automation.
• Identify improvements using data to boost efficiency via Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs).
• Follow Health & Safety requirements and complete required training; use Excel and digital tools for reporting.
• Problem solving: review data and processes; propose practical improvements.
• Communication: work with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers; share information and resolve issues.
• Standard Work: create/update clear work instructions ensuring safety and quality.
