As a Logistics Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our carriers and suppliers deliver exceptional operational performance, customer focus, and compliance to process – all while keeping operational costs in check.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll manage the operational interactions with over 350 Drop Ship Vendors (DSVs) and our carrier partners. From onboarding new suppliers to driving continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance. Key Responsibilities:
This role will be based in our Head Office locate in Speke, but will require occasional nationwide travel to visit our Drop Ship Vendor supplier base.
You’re a self-starter with a passion for logistics and a customer-first mindset. You thrive on solving problems, building relationships, and driving performance improvements. You’re confident in challenging the status quo and influencing others to deliver results.

2nd Stage – A one-hour face to face task based interview.
