Job summary

Oaktree Consulting is seeking a Night Shift Operations Clerk to manage customer orders, validation, and processing in the WMS/ERP system, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLA requirements.

You will coordinate with warehouse and transport teams, monitor KPIs, and prepare daily reports, audits, and CAPA actions when gaps appear. Location is Jurong, Singapore; 12-hour night shifts; audit-ready documentation supports daily delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders comply with SOPs, cut off times, and SLA requirements.
• Monitor order status and highlight delays or exceptions.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Communicate special handling instructions, priority orders, and VAS requirements.
• Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling, amendments, and exceptions.
• Assist in inventory inquiries and ageing reports.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of DOs, packing lists, invoices, and PODs.
