Job summary

NRL Group is hiring a Logistics Operator / FLT Driver in Cramlington. You will operate forklifts, load/unload, and manage stock using SAP, keeping areas clean and safe.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, warehouse or logistics experience, and readiness to work a 12-hour day/night rotating shift. Contract is 6 months on PAYE with a pay rate of £18.59 per hour including holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, attachments, wrapping machines and other handling equipment.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage stock using SAP.
• Keep warehouse, drum parks and storage areas clean and safe.
• Label incoming goods and organise materials both physically and electronically.
• Prepare drums for inspection and packing.
• Complete scheduled checks and SAP transaction tasks.

Join a leading industrial operation in Cramlington as a Logistics Operator / FLT Driver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on, organised logistics environment. Working Hours

12‑hour rotating shifts:

• 2 days (06:45 – 19:45)
• 2 nights (18:45 – 07:00)

Then 6 days off – plenty of downtime!

Pay Breakdown

• Working Rate: £16.16/hour
• Holiday Pay: £2.43/hour
• Total: £18.59/hour

What you’ll do
