Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support processing orders, picking, and packing the correct products, ensuring all orders are shipped on time to the correct location.
2. Support material and finished goods movements within the factory, organizing and maintaining inventory storage within the warehouse.
3. Maintain accuracy and contribute to meeting weekly and monthly targets.
4. Assist in the control of safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods, including internal movement, goods handling, inspection, and storage.
5. Ensure correct and safe packing of finished goods and generate Certificates of Conformity (CoC) for all orders.
6. Create custom documentation and assist in achieving quality and KPI targets.
7. Collaborate with production teams to meet raw material requirements and receive finished goods into the warehouse.
8. Communicate product issues to the Logistics Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
9. Maintain stock and sales shipment records, resolve issues, and assist with weekly cycle counts and stock checks.
10. Attend team meetings, comply with company regulations, and promote a safe, organized work environment.
11. Support other areas of the business as necessary.

Skills/Experience:

1. Experience in handling and storage of clean room manufactured products (preferred but not essential).
2. Effective communication skills and good team working abilities.
3. Methodical approach with high attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent requirements.
5. Problem-solving skills to meet KPIs.
6. Knowledge of BS EN ISO 9001 and GMP standards (preferred).
7. Strong administrative and computer literacy skills.
8. Familiarity with courier software such as DHL or UPS (preferred).
9. Experience with WMS/ERP systems, mechanical handling equipment, and forklift licenses (preferred).
10. Understanding of lean Six Sigma principles (preferred).
